    Cozy futons, super clean rooms, and Eiko-san made it extra special with daily treats. So close to Takadanobaba station and great food spots. Just a heads up, the building is a bit drafty in winter.

    The location was marvellous and magnificent, for example, Takadanobaba Town was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Stayed at a lovely and beautiful room with a comfortable futon and aircon, for example.

    The futons provided were surprisingly comfortable for sleeping.

    My experience was frustrating, to say the least. The room was freezing, with only a small heater that barely worked. I found the shared bathroom situation inconvenient and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I also encountered difficult stairs that were a hassle each time I needed to go anywhere.

    We really enjoyed staying close to Takadanobaba station with our kids. It was super convenient with many food options nearby, including a McDonald's. The owners were very cute, always a plus with young ones.
